My mouse path..wow

This is my mouse path for about 2 hours. The lines are made from when I move my mouse. The circles are hesitations. The larger the circle I probably got up to go to the fridge, walk the dog, etc. It’s really amazing isn’t it. It was plain black and white and then I attacked it with photoshop and some color! It reminds me of a print from the 60′s.

Love these pop art bags!

Expect to turn a lot of heads toting a JumpFromPaper bag down Madison Avenue. The brainchild of Taipei-based design duo, Chay Su and Rika Lin, this new accessories line fools the eye with a reverse spin on trompe-l’oeil: 3-D objects parading as a two-dimensional drawings.

With exaggerated outlines and bright blocks of color, they look they’ve been pulled straight from the comic pages — like something Little Orphan Annie would oogle in a store window. Despite their flattened appearance, they’re deceptively spacious, with enough room to hold all your accessories, even your laptop. Current styles mimic the basic bowling bag, satchel, hobo, and briefcase, but we’d like to see the designers tackle some more iconic models — maybe an Hermès Birkin, a Chanel 2.55, or even a Fendi Baguette.

Make a statement….

Nirvana…..

An article written about my art, I will let you know soon with a link to the NEW ART Magazine in Los Angeles!

Mr. Snaggies the zen warrior…woof

This is a portrait I did of Mr. Snaggies….he’s a dog we adopted.

Little did we know Mr. Snaggies didn’t like other dogs, he was in a cage at the pound with a lot of other small dogs so we assumed he was friendly. Well, turns out that he had kennel cough, so that took the poop out of him, he wasn’t feeling well.

We got him home, nursed him back to health, took him for a walk and the mild mannered little dog turns into the Tasmanian Devil. He doesn’t like other dogs, goes nuts if he even sees one a mile away.

BUT I would still suggest that saving a pound animal is the best move you could make when considering an animal. Mr. Snaggies IN THE HOUSE is the sweetest, most well behaved, zen warrior you’d ever wanna meet.

I love him so much!

The Most Amazing Artist in the World….no sh*t!

Protest, Chinese Artist Paints Self To OctoCamo Perfection

By Aulistar Mark on July 29, 2010 at 2:00 AM

Chinese artist Liu Bolin took the streets after literally being made homeless by the Chinese government. Suojiacun, an artists’ village in northeastern Beijing was torn down during the Olympic redevelopment. An interview with WhiteHot Magazine can be found here.

With the help of assistants, Bolin has achieved a Metal Gear Solid 4 optic-camo level of camouflage by painting himself to blend in with the foreground. In a series he’s called Hiding In The City, Bolin disappears into the urban landscapes of various cities. His photos haven’t been touched by Photoshop and there’s no camera trickery involved. The true meaning of his his art is up for interpretation, but if the first photo hasn’t rattled your bones, you must have the eyes of a hawk.

The annoying business of art…..or how to sell your sh*t?

Well, I don’t know about you but I’m annoyed. I’m annoyed by having to stop working, painting, creating….to try and sell some art…..to be able to make more art.

This is so wrong.

When you’re on a flying creating binge, you have to keep floating to soar along with the air-waves. Why would I stop to send someone a submission……it makes no sense.

I hate the business of art.

Why oh why doesn’t some genius of an art god step into my life and take it all out of my hands.? I want someone to mother my art. To tell me to paint and shut up that they will handle everything. Who is this person? Please I beg you to step into my life! Mr. or Ms. Someone needs to love me, my art, and do everything they can to get it out there, sell it, talk about it, and NO that someone  is NOT me.

OH O.K. You say who better to talk about their art but the artist? Arrgghhhh I don’t want to talk I want to draw and paint…I my dear am not a sales person oh pleeze no……. done that, been there….

I MUST be only an artist now. Just leave me alone to my creations, talk to me little, go sell art, and deposit my checks so that I may have the opportunity to go and buy as much art sh*t as I want and not be concerned with the costs. There you have it! Pleeze step into the light Mr. or Ms  Someone and reveal your self…….NOW

I love you….
